Find Out What’s Happening at SVS

Learn More About International Sales

PB12–Ultra/2

Where to go to find out what the rest of the world is saying about SVS? The wild world of message forums of course. Typically, these are moderated places where folks go to talk up their subs (and other equipment), share hints about SVS model selection, setup and even troubleshooting. You can search on various topics and key words to find out as little or as much (and we mean LOTS) about anything music and home theater related. Naturally SVS figures prominently in much of this discussion. It’s the most talked about subwoofer line on the internet!

Audio Review

Go to Techtalk or just search on "SVS" and you'll understand why we LOVE these guys. It's a wild place but the folks there have passion about audio. People speak their mind there too. If they love, or HATE something, you'll know it .

AV Forums

And now for something completely different!  If you want to hear audio  enthusiasts from "the other side of the pond" (where they still speak the Queen's English) then AV Forums is the place to visit.  You'll notice more than a few SVS fans over there too.  Don't talk like a "Yank" and remember "Pounds" aren't just what you work with at the gym!

AV Science Forum

If you can't find the answer to your toughest HT technical question here, something's wrong. HTPCs, HDTV, HT Tweaks, and some of the biggest pocket protectors on the planet. These guys just know.

eCoustics

From out of nowhere, another great review and discussion area.  Full of equipment and advertisers from around the world.  Like Audio Review you can find a review or opinion about any piece of gear.

The Big Picture DVD

One of the first, and long one of our favorite sites for DVD and equipment  reviews, industry information, and discussion forums.  Host Jeff McNeal has been a fixture of west coast radio, and now home theater for over 20 years.  Never one to pull punches, The Big Picture should be saved in every movie fan's web shortcuts!

Home Theater Forum

One of the largest and most active forum dedicated to home theater in the world. Ron Epstein, Parker Clack and the crew run a tight ship, so behave! Do a search on SVS in the forum and you'll get more HT user reviews than you can shake a stick at too. The word is OUT!

HTShack

Home Theater Shack

The newest audio website, and one filled with promise due to a comittment to objective, science based sound discussion. Ask your toughest questions here and some of the most talented guys we know are sure to weigh in with carefully considered responses that are built upon hard info you can take to the bank! Check out what's already one of the best discussion group you can find!

Home Theater Spot

Another member of the raving-lunatic-SVS-fan community! While very friendly, the "SPotties" don't mess around, member for member, they buy HT equipment like no one else. With more manufacturer forums than any site we know of (including one for SVS, naturally), you can be sure to find someone to answer your HT question.  We've linked you to the SVS section, but click around for lots more, including the most extensive list of discussion groups for other HT manufacturers.

Secrets of Home Theater
and High Fidelity

Probably the premier "Web-zine" when it comes to audio and home theater.  The rigorous review and testing process used by the writers is about as thorough as it gets.  Dive in to hours of excellent reading and links you'll come back to again and again.  Need we mention that you can find reviews of SVS's there too?

Sound and Vision Forums

A giant in the print mag world, Sound and Vision (born of "Video" and "Stereo Review" some years back) is a relative newcomer to on-line forums.  Still, since on-line is  the only place you can buy SVS products, it's no surprise we have quite a following there, it's quite humbling to us in the company that grew up on Stereo Review!  The reasons for our popularity there are probably quite simple... for any given price point we tend to have the superior product.  Assuming depth, accuracy and power are you sort of thing.  Apparently it is for many fans of Sound and Vision. Go here for more great discussion!

The $ensible Sound

Not a forum, but a magazine that generates some of the best reviews you won't see in other places. Want advice about music and home theater audio? Want it clean, and devoid of much of the "hype" that sometimes dominates the industry? The writers and reviewers at The Sensible Sound are enthusiasts first and some of the toughest and most thorough in the business hang out there. Get a copy and find out why they've been around 24 years.
